WARRANTY
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us within 14 days form payment, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. Please note that no warranty claims will be accepted for customized products or racewear products due to normal wear and tear or incorrect use including wash and dry. For any warranty inquiries or to initiate a claim, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As our products are custom made, Rapid Racewear & Apparel will only issue refunds upon discussion and mutual agreement. Each refund request will be carefully reviewed, and a decision will be made based on the specifics of the case. For any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team to initiate a discussion regarding your refund request.
In regards to race suits, the customer is responsible for the measurements they provide via the supplied sizing chart. The sizing chart is accompanied by a measurement guide to help prevent inaccuracies. Suits are made according to the provided measurements, so refunds become invalid once the chart is sent to us. If the suit does not fit, we will not replace the suit. If the suit is manufactured to incorrect measurements and do not match the customers size chart, we will replace the suit.
